About the Job
The Administrative Executive Assistant is focused on superior client service, meticulous administrative support and competent office operations management. The position supports client relationships through a variety of interactions and handles most facets of the day-to-day office operations. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the firm both in terms of your work hours and your responsibilities. This is a 20-30 hours per week position.

Required:
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Friendly, cheerful and professional demeanor
• Ability to create a welcoming, comfortable, and cozy professional space
• Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage yourself and your time
• Complying with a background check
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with, Box, Wealthbox, Hubly, and XMindPro
• Experience with client service and office management
• Experience with talking to prospective clients
